And another concert. I decided to integrate Sandor into the Bluequill band, I have no idea why I haven't done it before. I remember that I created these musicians back in summer 2025 as random background-filling characters for South-City, but decided to stick to them as main ones and eventually they got a lot of lore. Subtitles are lyrics from "Chykh pykh" by Amsterdam Klezmer band, one of my favourite songs perfectly describing whatever the hell is happening in my and neighbour countries right now.

I've been using this trope with 2 friends on a bench watching the sunset for 5 years on different characters, and this is the best version so far. Depicts one day when I returned home after several years, and it felt like "I'm aware that this exact moment will become nostalgic someday".

Full description
I was raised in a seaside town and adored gulls. Everyone adored them, they were the big ones but they were very chill, always seen flying somewhere in the distance or perching on lanterns and quietly watching people. Before stepping in the internet I had no idea that somewhere else gulls would suffer from SO MUCH hate, and it hurts me whenever I see any bad comment about them... And ironic thing is that all those people that gather together just to trash talk about how seagulls are "loud, flying rats that shit everywhere" just make themselves look like ones and this is why I decided to draw this. I occasionally see a video on YouTube titled as "aggressive evil seagull" and it's just a video of random gull that stands next to cameraman and does absolutely nothing. Other animals are also being unfairly treated - for example pigeons, that belong to Mediterranean but were taken and then abandoned by humans all over the Earth, or vultures (and less popular marabous) that feed on rotting materials to prevent diseases from spreading, and even rats, I can understand why the latter are being hated but there are some amazing things about them too. For this drawing I wanted to choose a bald eagle as symbol of the most popular and loved bird, but it was too large and I wanted it to be somewhat equal size with gull, so I chose very similar species - african fish eagle. You may not love all animals, but you shouldn't hate any.

Full description
“We take a shortcut or the scenic route?”
“Let’s take the shortcut.”
“But scenic route is slightly quicker.”
These are quotes from Fantastic Mr Fox movie, which influenced Sandor’s personality a lot. It was the first drawing with his new design which got updated after many months of bored waiting, even though now it’s slightly outdated again (old wings version and Sandor is missing fuzzy neck feathers). The background is South-City’s western cliffs above the beach.
